Once again, I have accepted the challenge to raise contributions to support the Komen Sacramento Race for the Cure® on May 8, 2010 in the fight against breast cancer. Roxie and I, along with several members of Dolphin Divers of Sacramento, my mom and best friend Carrie have joined Team “Fins For the Cure”. If you would like to join our team and walk with us Follow This Link to visit our team web page. If you want to join the team and collect donations, but can’t actually attend the Race, you can join the “Sleep in for The Cure” race.
To sponsor me, simply click on the link below to visit my personal page and make a contribution to show your support.
One in eight women will be stricken with breast cancer in her lifetime and the more we raise, the more the Susan G. Komen For the Cure, Sacramento Valley Affiliate can give back to fund vital breast cancer education, screening and treatment programs in our own community and support the national search for a cure. Please join us in the fight by contributing in support of our participation in the Race or contributing generously to the Komen Sacramento Race for the Cure. Your tax-deductible contribution will fund innovative outreach and awareness programs for medically underserved communities in Sacramento Valley and national breast cancer research. It is faster and easier than ever to support this great cause – you can make a contribution online by simply clicking on the link at the bottom of this message. If you would prefer, you can also send your tax-deductible contribution by clicking HERE, filling out the form and mailing it to me. Make checks payable to “Komen Sacramento Race for the Cure®”.
Whatever you can give will help! We truly appreciate your support and will keep you posted on our progress. Thank you so much for your time and support in the fight against breast cancer! Every step counts!
