Support me in the Race for the Cure 2011
Dear Friends, Family, Clients, and Associates,
For the FIFTH YEAR I have accepted the challenge to raise money to support the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure® in Sacramento on May 7, 2011 in the fight against breast cancer. Our team, “Fins for the Cure” has once again formed and Roxie and I, along with my mom I would like to ask for your support in my effort to raise money for this cause. To sponsor me, simply click HERE to visit my personal page and make a contribution to show your support.
I just learned that of the 25,000 participants in last year’s Race for the Cure, I was in the top 100 fundraisers!! Together the top 100 raised over $215,000 in 2010, which is equal to the amount needed to provide 958 mammograms and clinical breast exams for uninsured women! In other words, each of us raised enough money to potentially save the lives of 10 women. – Wow, I’m so proud! Help me do it again this year! No amount is too little and it’s all tax deductible. 🙂
If you would like to join our team, you can click HERE. If you want to join our team and collect donations, but can’t actually attend the Race, you can join the “Sleep in for The Cure” race.
If you would prefer, you can also send your tax-deductible contribution by clicking HERE, filling out the form and mailing it to me. Make checks payable to “Komen Sacramento Race for the Cure®”. Contact me for address.
Finally, if you would like to SHOP FOR THE CURE, I am hosting a Vendor Boutique this coming Saturday, March 12th at my home. Participating vendors include: Premier Designs, Partylite Candles, Miche Bags, Pampered Chef, and Arbonne. Check out the attached flyer for more information.
I walk on behalf of your friend, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt… it could happen to anyone at any time.
Thank you so much for your time and support in the fight against breast cancer! Every step counts!
