Hello Friends and Family!!

Earlier this year, my website www.reneerox.com was hacked and my webhosting company shut down my site.  The instructions on how to fix it seemed daunting and I wavered as to whether to shut down the site completely when it came up for renewal.  I decided to keep it for one more year to decide if I really needed it.  I was sad to think about all of my blog posts of he Adventures of Renee and Roxie being lost.

Then, I recently got a new phone with a great camera and then learned of a couple new photo editing apps.  So I have been trying my hand at making some “art”.  Turns out, some of the photos aren’t so bad!  I posted them on Facebook and have had a ton of positive feedback.  So I’ve decided to try to sell some of my photos either by selling the digital image or using CafePress or Zazzle to sell print items.  In making this decision, I really needed my website back up and running.  So, amidst an injury to Roxie which caused me to take the day off work, I started working on rebuilding my site.

This post is my re-introduction to my site.  The history is still here, but now there’s a photography page, a new photo gallery which lets you see my Flickr photo albums and new links to my store(s).

I’ll also try to keep up with my blog posts and share more of “what’s happening”.  Since I joined Facebook 10 years ago, it tends to serve that purpose but that would mean that ALL of my friends and family would need to be on Facebook… which they aren’t.
